Eating balanced diet can help cut diabetes risk

What is a balanced diet is the first question that comes to our mind .A balanced diet includes a variety of foods: carbohydrates (starches), fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy, meat, poultry, fish, and healthy fats.Balanced diet will keep your glucose within target levels, control your weight, and reduce the risk of complications like neuropathy, heart disease, and stroke.
What to eat will depend on how active you are.you are a male or female.What is your weight?
I would suggest to stop alcohol completely.Eat fiber-rich food.
Add nutrient rich food and beverages in your basic diet.
Physical activity to manage proper body weight.
Eat 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables daily.
